Re: Hostdeny.txt
Would you mind sending me your hostdeny.txt? I'm getting a lot of spam/hacker contacts I'd like to block but they always seem to come from different ip's. Having a good starting file would help a lot.

Re: Nightly Cleanup
There are a few settings that can be changed in general setup. If you want to add extra commands to run, i.e. running system backups, edit wgsclean.bat with any text editor. It uses standard DOS commands and runs after maintenance finishes.

Think you already have rlogin showing the module it was connecting to. And you allowed removal of the busy flag so global messages will go through it. We talked about it a few years ago and you added that functionality. The command line options are -m <module name> and -b

Re: Web to Telnet
I use a Java telnet program on mine. Opens up a window and connects to the board. Works petty well. I think i have a copy of it in my file libraries if you want to try it.
Re: Security
Personally, I'm not interested in any personal information, names, addresses, etc. I do like having their city/state so everyone can see where the other users are located in the userlist. I always thought it was nice to see how widespread our users are. If individual questions could be activated/ina...

Re: RLOGIN
I think you can also disable the busy flag so users will receive global messages and pages. And pass login and password through the command line so you have seamless connections. It's pretty nice.

Re: Telnet Port Changer for WG1 and/or WG2
If I remember right, logging in on the console always says 2400. Try telnetting in and see what it says.
