ML issue

It looks like "tqps.ddns.net" and "holodeck.ddns.net" both got assigned the same ID number by the hub. They seem to be fighting each other on ML and I recall that being the problem before with a different BBS.

Re: FUGlobals no longer showing date in online header listing

Not sure if it's just my BBS or everyone's, but I patched in the date fix dll and it's showing *a* date again, but not the right one. It says "February 19, 2024".

Unless I fell asleep for a month.

Re: RIPterm

You can run an emulated serial modem in DOSBox and then connect with RIPterm. I think most of the MBBSes have it enabled by default...unless it got removed with V10. It's something...special. :)

Re: FUGlobals no longer showing date in online header listing

I'm talking about the visible lines...when I wrote that the ;# list showed 14 visible users (I was logged in with a normal user account) but the # Lines in Use: said 13.

Re: FUGlobals no longer showing date in online header listing

I noticed that the user list in FU globals always shows the "# Lines in Use" as one fewer than the actual number. I'm not sure if that's the case on everyone's BBS or not.

Re: Crash after cleanup

I had the same crash on the same day, but it wasn't at cleanup. It was just randomly during the day. Since it wasn't a clean crash it didn't write out a GALEXCEP.OUT and it trashed all my open btrieve .dat files. **cheer** Luckily I back those up nightly so it was a quick restore. Wish I had more in...

Re: Crash - Remote Sysop Menu

Oddly I add classes and edit the new class's keyring all the time when making custom classes. I have done a few this week even. So evidently this is not a problem for an upgraded system.
