I meant all the user data (accounts), calls, emails etc, thought they may be in a folder I could transfer over? But no idea if its possible.

They will be stored in a series of DAT files, so it depends on which particular records you are looking for?

you're still using worldgroup 2.0 right? some of the install.exe stuff in 2.0 will not overwrite certain things by default.
you can install clean and copy some things over but remember copying all *.DAT would be everything forums, file libs,
etc...

Is it possible to perform a clean install of MBBS10 without losing any data or settings, and if so, what are the recommended steps to ensure a smooth transition?

What are you trying to achieve? A.clean install with existing settings isn't really a clean install.
