WorldLink Keyboard Shortcut Incorrect

Just installed a new BBSv10 and migrated modules over. Testing live.

- Date occurred: 24/09/2023
- MBBS v10 Release number: MBBS v10 Beta R32
- System load/usage at time of crash (if known): Low
- Can you reproduce the crash? If so, how?: Does not crash; just an OCD observation.
- Did you recently make any changes to your system such as adding new modules or changing configuration? If so, what changes?: This is new install with previous system modules, ported individually, 1 by 1.

OS: Windows 7 currently ...

On the Summary tab, it reads "Type ALT-W for WorldLink stats and information."

In order to get the WorldLink stats up, I actually have to press CTRL-ALT-W.
Either the text in the GUI is outdated or the keypress requirement is "borked" in Win7.

This is an Issue with Windows 7 onwards, however there are mixed reports it does not happen when you connect via VNC to these OSes. It appears to be due to a change in the Windows terminal program and we might have to change the keyboard shortcut.

I plan to upgrade the host to Windows 10. That's fine.
