Did anyone acquire the proper IP for the HVS modules, particularly the auto-validator and the newsroom?
If so, would that entity have the ability to generate a legitimate key for me?

not sure. i wrote my own few years back when i was doing email validations
but it requires internal smtp to be initialized so "simpsend()" can send.
