Just curious. Does anyone have RIP working on their boards? Back in the day I never thought much of the Worldgroup C/S, but I always thought RIP was pretty cool. I know the terminal program doesn't install on new computers, like most of our other old programs. But is there a way to get it working? And will it still work in v10? Seems like telnet programs are a bit rare these days. If it works, maybe we can include RIPterm in the MBBS distribution.

You can run an emulated serial modem in DOSBox and then connect with RIPterm. I think most of the MBBSes have it enabled by default...unless it got removed with V10. It's something...special. :)
