Is there a Patch to change the default incoming telnet port from 23 to something else?

There was a modification made for one of the versions, let me see what I can find. It is also on our list of features to be added to the core product.

Delete when you have it up on the files, but:

Rick has his own and i have a mod of the core. ill add em to my git and give you access.
i have

GALTNTD - adds config port option
GALRLGN - added -p option to set dest port, -t option to use a doorway party system tag, and -d option to use direct-door entry on a synchronet door server.
GALSMTP - added AUTH option as well as ability to authenticate to a smarthost
GALNNTP - tons of stuff, still a work in progress, want to eliminate need for IHAVE
GALRLGN - VERY BETA version of my attempt at dma, sort of works but you can rlogin in as a user and inherit their permissions. i need to create a config file for ips.

you want a tester for the dma or that not possible i have plenty of vm's running where i have wg3 setup would be happy to help test
running a vm right now for my test realm as i build it.
