Also, the TurboSentry.net domain expired. Someone else has purchased it now. I do not know who the person is that bought it but the IP address associated with the domain pops up on more than a few spam blacklists.

That would be great. I've tried contacting them myself, but the only email address I can find is for turbosentry and that's out of commission. I've used the fTelnet client. It was clean, fast, worked well for what I used it for, which was mostly logging on to a non majormud bbs to play some other games.

Assuming you have a local network here. If so, you can try adding in the SPX/IPS protocols on your network adaptor so they can handle your local network traffic. This is an over simplification but rlogin will allow you to log in to one sever from another server by passing the login information automatically so that the end user doesn't have to re-enter the information.

That codec ends up being a lot of trouble usually. It's fine for a test board that only 1 person plays on, like for testing new mods and such. But put into a live realm it almost always ends badly.

A fresh MajorMUD install can be done using Pervasive SQL as the database manager versus btrieve but that is only the actual mud data files not the WG files.
