turned on monster regeneration every 20 seconds.
fixed bug where you couldnt sell potions in a potion shop.
investigated bug where monsteres weren't running. worked fine.
the way it works is each monster has a morale value from
0 - 100, when the monster's health gets at or below 20%
there is a chance equal to the moral value for it to run.
to clarify, armor reduces all physical damage including special attacks.
only magical damage ignores armor rating.
duplicated the NULL on the ground bug but only on a rare occasion so still not sure what is causing it, ill keep on it.
poisoned monsters will now die if their health reduces to 0
