Time travel back to March 1997 call HVS and use your CC, get your code.

Its about the only way you'll get one.

Thank you - I appreciate that. The final touches are being worked out with Jeff now. Hopefully I'll have good news on that.

As for Datasafe, the news is not as good. I've tried to reach out to the Kerls for years. They took my check, I don't even think they deposited it, and I haven't heard from them since. I don't get it.
Febuary 2011 seems to be the month we all hunt the old stuff on our really old hard drives. About 2 weeks ago I found on a old harddrive I was about to reformat but checked it out... found a file containing

HVS Tradewars 2002 v 2.03a for wg 3.xx NT
the build shows in game config (the V screen in tw) build "Jan 15 1998"

I cant rember where the heck it came from but the computer hasnt been powered up in about 2 yrs. It took several hours to get it working on my test box and is now online for play.

If Questman would like the file please let me know. I WILL NOT put it up for public DL, if you own HVS TW for Worldgroup 3.xx NT I will gladly forward it to you.
Questman MUST confirm you own hvs tw for wg3.xx NT.

If any of you want to check it out or how the new twgs v2 beta is progressing
both are online at the swamp bbs.

The file originated from the "found maintenance file pack" or was part of a file restore from theswampbbs era 97/98. Many of you who downloaded the maintenance files for the beta 6 version of HVS tw for wg 3.xxNT will have the file for 2.03a in that pack. Questmans has the file pack if you need them as do a few other bbs's and mine aswell.

The file is completely useless if you do not have the beta 6 for wg nt working.

Some of the bbs's running the beta 6 will be testing the 203a version on their next bang.

Myself and some discussions with other sysop's belive it to be the FINAL build of High Velocity Softwares Tradewars 2002 for Worldgroup 3.xx NT Tradewars 2002 version 2.03a
You can play it now on theswampbbs.net

I was able to get it running with no problem. Just made a back-up of the 2.02 (beta6) dll and copied hvstw3nt.dll to the main bbs directory. Renamed it hvstw.dll. When the board started after cleanup, I was running 2.03a :)

Thanks a lot Stoneslinger!
