global teleconference entered beta-RC1 status

ok i have completed the global teleconference for nt which is a teleconference that works anywhere on the bbs.
private channels,main channel,actions,enter & exit messages, and a lot more.
its in RC1 status meaning i have fixed what i found wrong and im running it on my test server for a week or so to make sure its stable enough to release.
this is another freeware module.
on another note...
Arcticglobals is being released next week
and a new build of arctic mud will be batched to the main bbs sometime this week hopefully before the weekend.
changes from the one on there now will be a full combat system so i can see combat vs monsters and other players as well as you can now gain experience points and levels.
i removed the old skill & proficiency system and added all new code as well as some other minor perks and tweaks.
