Forbidden Lands Globals Bug

I've noticed that forbidden lands on hs.host.net, like several other older DOS-WGNT ports also messes up with global commands, logon/logoff notifications, pages, etc. It gets an "invalid command" each time some thing like that happens. I'm not sure if it actually messes any thing up, like a normal enter command could on some of the games, but it's annoying any way.

Yep. Some of those games need to be able to prevent those injections or handle them appropriately.
I really have been looking to find the owner of Forbidden Lands and the other games - David J. McCloskey a/k/a CompuTel formerly of Ottawa, ON - but have had no luck.
