Web Email Portal Broken

Can anyone help?
Users trying to send email to another user using the web email portal doesn't work.
It says, your mail has been sent!
But, the user doesn't receive a notification, xxx just sent you an email! when they are online.
Also, if the user checks his email, s/he has none.
Right now only telnet email works and also if someone emails via internet, but web email is broken.
Can anyone help?

quite interesting never had that happen before, for the local email anyhow.
what ver of WG? i know 3.3 added some stuff to the active-h email side.

wg33 but now users are telling me its the same for internet email addy too... i guess its the whole wg33 email engine thats out of whack

Has the webmail ever worked?
I use 3.2 with no problems. My tests with 3.3 had the web mail working also. Are getting anything in the lob file error wise?
I purposely disabled internet email (too many spammers), but have found the webmail to work fine internally.
The internet access is probably a setup problem. But the rest sounds like a possible install problem.
