Relauch of The Electronic Oblivion BBS

Please note that the BBS is still being worked on (as you may notice from the threads in support). But it is up and running and while I can not guarantee that it will always be up until I get done getting what doesn't work working, you can check it out.

This is going to turn into a "living" museum of the BBS culture and I will be accepting donations to advance users beyond my lower status. I have not finished tweaking how I want my accounting to work, but the cost would be like $2 - $5 for a month of access or something like that -- haven't decided that either. Right now, it is under construction so free.

Payment will be accepted via PayPal when we go live.
