What is Pharlaps PC-Dos for? Is this needed for WG 3.3? I haven't figured out how to use this thing. Where do I place it?? I will have more questions soon.

You don't need it for the Win32 builds. It's only for the old DOS versions, to help the BBS use up to 16mb of memory.

So, it's not required for WG 3.X at this time when I build new modules?
