Global Chat 4.00 is finished and tested and so far no problems, i changed alot from my previous version(s):
channel limits increased from 32767 - 2,000,000,000
added gag feature to gag users from certain channels
[this was BETA'd in version 1.00 but never completed]
added config option to allow sysops to place all new-users in
a default channel
fixed squelch bug where users could still send logon/logoff annoyances
fixed bug where users could send messages on channel 0
increased message size from a 70 character limit to the worldgroup standard 128 character limit.
unlike versions after 2.10 4.00 is available for 2.00/3.00 for DOS
the price for this module is $20 .... those of you running Global Control, you do not need this package the spring update of global control will have the global chat fixes added.
