As mentioned in my introduction post. I am a big Swords of Chaos player. I cannot see any other main forum to place this topic in. If I missed your BBS, please add it.

Well a few things have happened since I posted my original post on this topic.

After making a big deal about setting his BBS up and getting it listed here and on 'The BBS Telnet Corner' website. The sysop took it private and DNS does not resolve to it any longer, so scratch Jersey's Best BBS.

After spending 51 hours building a player to level 14 on Hated Reality BBS. I got to a point where I didn't have to log onto the BBS everyday. I logged back onto the BBS 10 days later to see that my account had been deleted on the BBS. I thought that there might have been an undocumented 7, 8 , 9 or 10 day inactivity rule in place. I just finished testing that theory, and the account still remains. I can only conclude that the sysop didn't like the message I sent him asking about the frequent 9000+% system utilization lags I was experiencing.

So I'm back up to boycotting 2 of the remaining 14 BBS's on the list.

Dreamline should be back up soon. Newport's building me a VM on his rig. Mine's shot with no hope of repair.

You can Adept BBS to your list. It's a stock game. Users must log in at least every 90 days or they will be switched to demo account status and the character will be deleted. Currently not anyone playing so it's mostly virgin territory

Well it has been almost 7 months since my original post and 2 months since the last update. Deleted

2 games (level 14's) and added

I am often asked just where there is the most activity in a Swords of Chaos game. A lot of this is dependent on what kind of a game do you want to play in. A stock game, slightly modified game or a highly edited game. Most seem to prefer whichever is the easiest allowing them the fastest advancement.

So here is a listing of the 18 games currently available to play in.

I really wish there was a tab function to make this easier!!!

♣ the day and poobah files are corrupted, due to what I believe as the inactive days being set beyond the 365 limit. I have repeatedly offered suggestions on how to fix this, and have been ignored completely.

Well it's been 2 months and I'll update this for probably the last time. My work season is coming up and I will not have the time to play the games or update this on a regular basis.

Updated the original post again, deleting 5 boards

(level 16, level 41, level 5, level 16 and level 11 players biting the dust.)

I had originally hoped that I would generate some new blood in some of the games. Alas this has not happened and it saddens me tremendously. Plus here is a place for a SysOp experiencing a problem to let their users know what is going on and that didn't happen either.

So I hope everyone has a great 2010.

Updated the original post for the sixth time, as I sit inside hiding from the heat and humidity this holiday weekend.

Deleted 3 boards and added 1. At one time I had 21 games listed.

As close as I can tell this topic was viewed 250 times since my last update.

im running 2 my wg2 bbsa is back up as well as my nt i tried to stay away from running bbs's and just writing the software but kept getting alot of emails about coming back.

in the processs of cleaning em up to one ip 2.0 on 23 and nt on 50 but
not gonna do that til i completely finish the 4.0 system.
