this patch added the spell editor and guild hall commands and made the shop system complete.
now you can create a character, walk around, interact with NPCs, and buy or sell items and spells.

a minor patch will be done over the next 48-72 hours that will add character information commands so you can see your stats, reroll them, display inventory, etc....
