As I see the advances for the new TA are the same being worked on for Sysops still running WG 2.0 DOS? or what version of WG do we have to upgrade too and I guess this last part would be directed to Rick - a cost for that platform of WG would be

i have intended all along for the wg 2.0 platform to be supported, and i dont compile my 2.0 apps using the wgnt source kit, i use a native wg 2.0 dev kit.

when a version is ready for distro i compile it package it and upload it, then run my wg 2.0 copy program which copies each source file and converts it from nt to 2.0 then i compile that making any changes required for it to work in 2.0 then package that one and upload it.

there are heavier limitations on the dos version, but it is also cheaper.

one of the limitations being NT: max of 99,999 rooms allowed.

in 2.0 i only allow a maximum of 10,000 rooms.

but both platforms are supported.

i have not personally tested this but it should work on majorbbs too.

the only downside to this is there is no public test of the 2.0 version

The pricing will be the same regardless of platform.
