to be a guildmaster one must purchase a guild charter, to do so you go into any guild hall and type 'BUY GUILD' the cost is sysop configurable with either gold (1-100,000) or credits (1-2,000,000,000)

to purchase the charter you must not be in a guild, atleast level 1 of the first promotion, and have atleast 1,000 monster kills. (kill count configurable)
you may also place a promotion level requirement which is also configurable.

to buy the charter go to the guildhall and type BUY GUILD

you will have to name the guild, once the name is accepted you are now the guildmaster.

you may go into the guild configuration menu at any time by typing GCONFIG

all guilds can purchase vault addons

GOLD vault, where all members can withdraw/deposit gold (if permissable to do so)

ITEM VAULT, where all members can deposit/withdraw items (if permissable to do so)

also item vault slots can be purchased, when an item vault is purchased it has 10 slots available.

you may unlock more slots in increments of 5 for a maximum of 100 slots.

all guilded groups gain bonus experience.

all guilds have their own chat channel in the game

a top 25 guild ranking system tracks the top 25 guilds by power factor

any character greater than level 1 (sysop configurable) can be invited to a guild, and each guild can have up to 10 ranks each with their own set of permissions.

the guild system can be disabled in LEVEL4 config.

I guess a Guilt system would only be of use in a jewish game world.
