WG3, Unhiding the console?

A while ago, a friend helped me get WG3 setup. I'm a long time WG2 sysop, so i like the old style console, instead of the stripped down windows ui.

There was a method of turning the console back on, like a command line switch, or a cnf change.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!

I don't remember the exact key, but for WG 3.x NT there is a key in the registry that you change from 0 to 1.. look under software and see what you can find...

Good luck!

Rock on!
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->Galacticomm->Worldgroup Server->CurrentVersion->UseConsoleWindow
Change it from 0 to 1.

Thanks!

There is no key in the registry to change...

well, add the key,
the wg code still looks for the setting value.
