Global Actions v2.30 Released

released v2.30 of global actions, this is a rewrite using core features from 2.00 with the following changes:
btrieve database replaced with sqlite v3 database
action editor can now be called with the action name to edit (.edit hug)
action editor can now be called with the action# to edit (.edit 4)
shortname support when invoking actions (.hug sys)
increased max actions from 250 to 500
channel ignore variable resets with the channel now
price is still $35 USD and comes with a 14 day uncrippled demo
