game now supports 200 town rooms (up from 100)
game now supports 5,000 monster lairs (up from 500)
random spawns are now done on the fly as you move (frees resources)
gameop command added to list all spells and items (like monster cmd)
gameop command added to "learn a spell"
teleport command tweaked to check all values (eliminates any crashes)
room command tweaked to verify data (eliminates crashes)
gameop command added to go to a specific user
gameop command added to bring a user to you
monster ai changed to prevent combat exploits
players can now promote 3 times with a max level of 55 triple promo
stat caps are done by promotion level (35,45,55)
players can no longer train to level 26,51, or 76 without promoting.
added more special goodies in the editor to add flavor to the game

added ability for sysops to host random battleground pvp events which uses 1 of 10 random maps and teleports all users to the battleground and last man standing wins.

tele-arena can now be reinitialized without a reboot or players having to exit the game, this resets all game data, lairs, etc....

sysops now have the option to have keys and runes reset more than once per day while leaving doors and barriers untouched.

players that already have a rune can no longer break it, so if a green runed player runs to town3 it will no longer disable yellow rune for those needing it.
