Tradewars II - 500T For Worldgroup NT

finished the core and began adding game commands, right now you can move around the universe and trade at ports, anyone interested in testing this module let me know.

the battleground system wont work until i do the new bg maps which wont happen until i get the new editor finessed.
right now you do:
BG <# mins>
it does a countdown like cleanup players type join bg to que
when the timer expires they teleport to north plaza just to show me the system works now it needs the maps.
when you die in a bg or leave the game you come back to the place you last were befvore entering.

yeah now that my new Ta engine is done im gonna start adding in some elements from my custom wg2 version.
