Newuser Email Verification System 2.00 Released

i released v2.0 of the email verification system, added a few things like domain checking, and email dupe checking, this is a simple addon that throws all newusers into a verification menu where they must input a code that will be sent to their email address, upon verification they are given access to the system and allowed to log on.
