Global Sysop

as per request from several sysops now a new module called Global Sysop is being released which allows any of the remote sysop menu commands to be used globally without being in the menu.
example: "`switch newuser test " will switch the test user to the newuser class.
example: "`dir c:\" will list the contents of the dos drive C:\
each of these commands can be individually keyed and by default can only be used with anyone with the SYSOP key.
