TA Editor

Post by Montroze »

Would anyone happen to have a clean editor, taking out Sean's Red X'ed cells and possibly empty cells. Have to start over seeing I may have a spare 5 years! lol (yep back to 3096)

i have clean editor files for the standard 5.6 releases and the added gold stuff.

you mean the DBF/DBT files right? if you are gonna revert that way just install a clean editor save the MCV files and move em to your wg dir, boom fresh vanilla data.

depends on what dbase v editor you are using some of those old 16 bit editors left deleted records in, i think the one i used was dbfview, it might do it another option you have is ms-acess it reads the DBF files just fine, i know the one from ms-office 1997, 2000, and 2003 work great for TA stuff, i used office 2003 to create what i have been using in my new remake and the standalone. office 2007 sometimes corrupts it due to security flaws.
