anyone interested in becoming a class specialist? your duties would be focused on one class and its skills,abilities,etc... with 1 person handling each class its alot easier to balance it rather than one handling all 6
(not a typo archer was removed and hunter gained bow proficiency in its place)

well i went ahead and brought the archer back, i added specialty arrows that only they can use such as ones that explode on impact causing aoe damage in the room, ones with a slowing poison that slow target chase speed (great for pvp), theres a longer list.VeNoM wrote:Ha! funny, your comment on the hunter/archer.. see my response to your skills thread.![]()
I;d be willing to specialize in the hunter class, i've played them almost exclusively since i started playing ta... what sort of tasks do you have in mind in this role?
even considering maybe a class passive skill for archers to create these specialty arrows rather than purchase them, none of this is in the beta yet.
hunter bow usage would be basic damaging arrows with the skillful shot / critical shot passive skills.

i will create a mock town, arena, and dungeon to play in for testing where each class specialist will play their character and try to find flaws, bugs, exploits, etc...
when i get back ill read the reports and if all went well ill upgrade to beta 2 which adds alot of the skills in where it will again be tested.

BTW, i like the ideas you mentioned for the archer. I had similar suggestions from players, magic arrows and whatnot.
