I have an NNTP news server we could use to feed some usenet news groups to your BBS's and even have some private news groups for our users.

yeah same here ill help out.
plus i have 3 QWK networks i started about seven years ago using synchronets QWK-Network setup and i got insane access to the fido echoes.
im about to launch a severe tele-arena promotion for rick so any access you got i can use as a portal will be awesome.

I'm interest in getting into this was reading through the docs on this last night, although the concepts are there I don't exactly get how the heck you import or export the news to and from the system. I never really messed much with NNTP over the years. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you saying that you are looking to add new groups to the world wide Usenet or to our usenet?

I can add any groups you want here.

the mbbs.* groups only go to the bbs's that are set up with me.

Tell me what you would like and I will set them up for you.
