i released arctic globals today, im gonna iron out a few small things and put it up for d/l.
this basically is a package like datasafe's old global power, few options i left out and a few i added.
only downside to the global chat feature is 70 characters maximum for messaging but im soon working around that.
im making the telegrams an addon package so sysops can optionally use the telegrams with their existing globals package.
this is available for all flavors of wg/mbbs
