What is Pharlaps PC-Dos for? Is this needed for WG 3.3? I haven't figured out how to use this thing. Where do I place it?? I will have more questions soon.

its the run286 dos extender for the dos versions.
its the expanded memory manager.

You don't need it for the Win32 builds. It's only for the old DOS versions, to help the BBS use up to 16mb of memory.

something about the words DOS threw me off , hehe

never will be its for dos compatible modules only.
