Ok I took the plunge and decided to get rid of the 5 static ip addresses i have due to trying to lower my expenses.
Now once the switch is done I will have to figure out how to setup my 4 servers using dynamic ip addresses.
I already have my domain names,i have 2 worldgroup bbses,a TWGS,
and a synchronet bbs as a door server.
I know there are people out there that have something simular to this setup.
What is the best way to set this up?

i run a similiar setup using 4 machines, bbs, twgs, synchronet-mail server, synchronet-door server.

how many machines you setting this up to?

if you want you can use my telnet daemon and initialize your second bbs on a alternate port

I am setting up 4 machines,2 wg bbses,a synchronet door server,and TWGS.
Yes i would like to get your program to run a bbs on another port.
I will have to get a redirect service like tzo so the users can find the bbs I am thinking.
Hope fully I can get everything back up a fast as possible.

Note that I released a new official Galacticomm telnet daemon - the link is in the Major BBS/Worldgroup forum - it's the MultiPort version; you can run it on more than one port at once.

ok pacsoft :) all i know is couple years ago when i was gonna compile the same fix i was having with my NT telnet daemon i was missing a few libs and H files, wasnt a biggie as most have migrated to majortcp/ip for dos or WNT altogether.
however if you have it i would love a copy just so my WG/DOS SDK is complete.

most recently i acquired the major database source, robowars II, quest for alchemy, cross country camel, and quest for ZEN. really old DOS sources for MBBS, as well as the GSBL sources for the majorbbs 6.25, all 3 builds. was an awesome donation.

actually no, nate told me years ago he didnt have anything for WG/DOS back when i had a wg 2.0 bbs and gave me an activation code to unlock the dev kit from the wg 3.12 CD both NT and DOS saying i may be able to find something there to help me but as far as the mbbs/wg1/wg2 he didnt have anything that could help me.
its funny back when i was running wg2 i could find nothing, now that ive stepped away from it and stayed primarily with WGNT the stuffs flying out the wood work, lol
