Java Telnet

Post by Stoneslinger76 »

A few of you have been asking for the Java Telnet "module" like I have on my bbs. I have put together a small package, containing JTA26 application, java FX install, javatelnet.htm and some basic instructions.

You can download it here:

Follow the instructions in readme.txt on how to edit the configuration files to your bbs.

I grabbed the package, once unzipped I seen its for WG3.x - any way this would work with WG 2.0 DOS?

I think it should work if you follow the same instuctions. I never tried it on my wg2 dos bbs. It does require windoz. It all runs from the \wgserv\webpages dir and only uses port 80 web, 23 telnet. It has no dependancies on WG like most wg modules do.
