some reason vista sometimes just shuts down
for those that have emailed me about character saves there.
the DEV server is where i put all freshly compiled binaries to test stability, so its not a place i will be expecting mega traffic except by sysops/players wanting to see anything new prior to release.
its a playground per say, where i pretty much hand out stuff to see it tested.
i will be selecting a beta system soon where all stable binaries will be sent for extensive testing so it will be a higher traffic server where it can be tested in full swing under a load.
