Patch 6.0.0.11

this patch was made to follow up on some issues:

i disabled the multicharacter option til the next major version release.
this was done to eliminate headaches dealing with names til i had time to really dig into it.
the character database was reset to eliminate any name indifferences.

reenabled the top 10

added the ability to reroll stats

added the gameop conjure command

added a gameop command to list all items in the database
