Received this twice, knocked WG offline (but did not crash Windows Server 2003) Also received a Semaphore stream lock error.
Is this a file IO matter? How does it relate to WG.

However I think I may have found the problem, bad blocks on the HD. After 6 years it's finally getting tired. I reinstalled on another HD and it seems to be OK now.
If it happens again I'll let you know. I was just curious, I have never seen that particular error before.
