File charge is not showing the correct value.

The download charge per file is set to 1 when viewing the file description file credit charge is showing zero when it should be 1.

Alt. file path, if any: e:\mbdl\win\bbs.
Library normally hidden: NO (files in hidden Libraries available by joining)
Library on CD: NO (copy file first from local drive)
Read-Only Library: NO (forbid uploads)
Record to audit trail, Uploads: YES Downloads: YES

but is that user's account credit exempt? in the remote sysop menu, edit the class and select N to exempt from charges. try again.
